Hi everyone,
We wanted to share a quick production update and a little bit of exciting news!
Factory Update – CNY in Effect
Chinese New Year is currently in full swing, so the factory is on pause at the moment (as expected this time of year).
That said, the team is still actively working on prototypes, and we’re anticipating new progress to share in March. As soon as we receive updated samples or revisions, you’ll be the first to see them.
Ancillary Items in Progress
Our pins and sticker sets are also moving forward!
Artwork is close to being finalized, and we should be receiving digital proofs soon. Once approved, we’ll share those previews with you as well.
Packaging Design Underway
Packaging development is officially in motion. We’re currently working through layout, branding, and structural details. We can’t wait to show you what we have planned — expect a sneak peek soon!
Big News: We’re Now on BBTS!
We’re excited to announce that the figures are now available for pre-order on BigBadToyStore (BBTS)!
Being listed on BBTS allows us to:
Reach a much wider audience of collectors
Continue growing the Bag Lady fanbase
Strengthen retail presence and long-term support for the line
This is a big step forward for the brand, and it’s only possible because of your early support.

We wanted to share a quick follow-up for anyone who hasn’t completed their BackerKit survey yet.

All of the surveys have now been sent out 🎉
Everyone should have received their survey by now. If you haven’t seen one yet, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s still missing, don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll be happy to help.
🚨 Action Needed: Please Complete Your Survey ASAP
With surveys now live, it’s important that they’re completed as soon as possible. Your responses allow us to:
Lock in your selections (including any add-ons you may want)
Finalize production quantities as we prepare to kick off manufacturing.

We’ll be reviewing updated prototypes very soon, and having final survey numbers is critical so we can move confidently into production with our factory.
The sooner surveys are completed, the smoother and faster the next phase will be.

The vast majority of surveys have now been sent out 🎉
There are just a small handful of stragglers that are still pending due to payment issues. If that applies to you, please double-check your payment method in Kickstarter so your survey can unlock.

Now that surveys have been sent, we kindly ask that you complete it as soon as possible. Surveys are critical for us to:
Lock in your selections - Now's the time to add-on any extras!
Confirm shipping details - Up-to-Date shipping addresses
Finalize accurate production counts so we can start production!
The sooner surveys are completed, the sooner we can move confidently into the next phase of production.

Final Pledge-Over-Time Payment Processing – January 6

Hi everyone,
This is a quick heads-up for our Pledge-Over-Time backers.
Your final payment is scheduled to be processed tomorrow, January 6th, using the payment method currently on file with Kickstarter. No action is needed as long as your card information is up to date.
Once the final payment has successfully processed:
Your pledge will be fully collected
Your BackerKit survey will unlock (if it hasn’t already)
You’ll be able to complete your survey and finalize any add-ons through Backerkit
If you need to update your payment details, please be sure to do so in Kickstarter before tomorrow to avoid any delays or issues with your pledge.

Pre-Orders Are Still Open
Good news — we are still accepting pre-orders through BackerKit! If you’d like to add the HEARTBREAKER variant, the Accessory Pack, or any other available campaign items, now’s the time. Some exclusive items may only be available for a limited window.
Important Billing Note
Please note that all completed surveys and any pre-orders will have their add-ons charged by the end of the year. Shipping and taxes will be charged later, once items arrive at the warehouse and are ready to ship.
