Another quick update as we prep to kick things off with the factory for the figure and all ancillary items…
LATE PLEDGES are ending soon.
This means all reduced pricing for figures and add-ons will no longer be available once this window closes.
We will officially end late pledges as soon as our BackerKit campaign goes live — which should be any day now. Add-ons will still be available afterward, but most will not be offered at the discounted Kickstarter rates.

We’re excited to announce that both the Heartbreaker Variant and the Accessory Pack will officially be unlocked and available for purchase through BackerKit.
You’ll be able to add these, along with all other add-ons, directly on our BackerKit page.
Shipping:
Shipping will also be calculated and charged through BackerKit. As we get closer to fulfillment (estimated Q3 2026), you’ll receive notifications and updates regarding shipping costs.

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to share a quick update on how we’ll be getting started with production for The Bag Lady.
Production Kickoff Update!
We’re giving the digital model one final review before sending it to the factory for prototype creation and molding (tooling). During this process, the factory will be adding special registration keys for the glue-on parts and special rotation fittings for articulation to ensure smooth movement and strong assembly.
Here’s a quick look at our final 3D model, broken into parts — showing where articulation and part separation will occur.
Who's Interested ?
Additionally, we’re in discussions with the factory about the feasibility of producing the new Accessories and Heartbreaker variant as optional add-ons when we launch our BackerKit surveys.
If you’re interested in these versions, please like and comment below to let us know! Community feedback will help determine if these additions move forward, since they require additional setup and factory costs.

What an incredible ride — The Bag Lady campaign has officially funded successfully!
We can’t thank you enough for the amazing support, energy, and belief you’ve shown in this project. Every pledge, share, and word of encouragement helped make this happen — and we are beyond grateful.
Now the real fun begins!
We’re kicking off production with our factory right away, and we’ll be sharing updates along the way — from paint samples to packaging to all the behind-the-scenes goodness.
