Hi everyone,
We wanted to share a quick update regarding BackerKit surveys.
The vast majority of surveys have now been sent out 🎉
There are just a small handful of stragglers that are still pending due to payment issues. If that applies to you, please double-check your payment method in Kickstarter so your survey can unlock.
🚨 Action Needed: Please Complete Your Survey ASAP
Now that surveys have been sent, we kindly ask that you complete it as soon as possible. Surveys are critical for us to:
Lock in your selections - Now's the time to add-on any extras!
Confirm shipping details - Up-to-Date shipping addresses
Finalize accurate production counts so we can start production!
The sooner surveys are completed, the sooner we can move confidently into the next phase of production.
If you believe you should have received a survey but haven’t seen one yet, please check your spam folder first — and don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re still having trouble.

Final Pledge-Over-Time Payment Processing – January 6

Hi everyone,
This is a quick heads-up for our Pledge-Over-Time backers.
Your final payment is scheduled to be processed tomorrow, January 6th, using the payment method currently on file with Kickstarter. No action is needed as long as your card information is up to date.
Once the final payment has successfully processed:
Your pledge will be fully collected
Your BackerKit survey will unlock (if it hasn’t already)
You’ll be able to complete your survey and finalize any add-ons through Backerkit
If you need to update your payment details, please be sure to do so in Kickstarter before tomorrow to avoid any delays or issues with your pledge.

Just a quick reminder to please complete your BackerKit survey if you haven’t already. Your survey is essential for us to confirm your details, lock in your selections, and keep everything moving smoothly toward fulfillment.
Surveys = Faster Fulfillment
The sooner surveys are completed, the sooner we can finalize counts and move forward with production and planning.
Pre-Orders Are Still Open
Good news — we are still accepting pre-orders through BackerKit! If you’d like to add the HEARTBREAKER variant, the Accessory Pack, or any other available campaign items, now’s the time. Some exclusive items may only be available for a limited window.
Important Billing Note
Please note that all completed surveys and any pre-orders will have their add-ons charged by the end of the year. Shipping and taxes will be charged later, once items arrive at the warehouse and are ready to ship.

BackerKit Surveys Are Live + Pre-Orders Now Open

Hi everyone,
BackerKit surveys have officially gone out! If you’ve backed the campaign, please check your inbox (and spam folder just in case) and complete your survey as soon as possible. Filling this out promptly helps us lock in quantities, confirm details, and keep everything moving smoothly toward production and fulfillment.
If you have not yet received the survey, please contact us so that we can make sure you receive it.
Pre-Orders Are Now Available
We’ve also opened up pre-orders through BackerKit. If you missed the original campaign or want to grab additional items, this is your chance.
A few important notes on charges and timing:
Pre-orders placed strictly as pre-orders (not tied to an existing pledge) will be charged as soon as possible at checkout. Please make sure your form of payment is valid when you place your order.
Add-ons added to an existing pledge through BackerKit will be charged by the end of the year. Please make sure your payments are valid by December 31.
Shipping and taxes will not be charged yet. These will be calculated and charged once products arrive at the warehouse and are packed and ready to ship.
It’s perfectly okay to place a pre-order separately from your Kickstarter survey. If you end up with multiple orders, we’ll do our best to consolidate them to reduce duplicate shipments whenever possible.

We’re thrilled to announce that BackerKit is officially LIVE, and surveys will be going out over the next 24–48 hours! Keep an eye on your inbox — once your survey arrives, you’ll be able to confirm your details, select add-ons, and help us stay on track for fulfillment.
⭐ New Pre-Order Items Now Available!
We’re also excited to share that the HEARTBREAKER variant and the Accessory Pack are now open for pre-order! These items were unlocked thanks to your amazing enthusiasm, and you can now add them directly through BackerKit along with any other items from the campaign.
A couple quick notes:
Some exclusive items — such as signature certificates, exclusive art prints and other limited offerings — may only be available for a short time. If you missed them during the campaign, now’s your chance to lock them in before they’re gone.
Shipping: All shipping charges will be processed at the time of shipment, so you will not be charged shipping when you Pre-Order any additional items from the store.
⚠️ Important for Pay-Over-Time Backers
If your pledge was set to “pay over time,” BackerKit will not allow you to complete your survey until your final payment has been processed. Once your last payment clears, your survey will automatically unlock.
